Elk Creek Townhomes is a Sub-Association of the General POA (Elk Creek at Banner Elk POA).
Elk Creek Townhomes collects dues on a quarterly basis. These dues include payments for both the General POA and the Townhomes (exterior and common area maintenance).
The four properties included (as of August 2018) in Elk Creek Townhomes are the following: 269A Elk Creek Drive, 269B Elk Creek Drive, 271A Elk Creek Drive and 271B Elk Creek Drive.
